Books I Treasure - Fiction by non Indian Writers

Reading fiction is actually like reading psychology geography history and grammar all packaged in one 

People  do ask what I read and there are some books I really loved .

They are not of any particular order or of any  specific genre .. I just loved reading them 

1. Love story : For its poignance. The starting is beautiful and the ending better . It is a beautiful story of how powerful love can be e 

2. The Kite Runner : Another poignant read . Emotions and character traits like innocence fear and loss interwoven to create a beautiful story . 

3. The Alchemist : Reminds how powerful destiny is. It brings across a powerful point that you have to endure the journey and overcome obstacle to achieve what you desire 

4. A man called Ove : It highlights how kindness can transform people . And the character arches are beautiful 

5 Pride and Prejudice : A classic favourite , I am a fan of Jane Austen . The powerful female characters , the lucid description of  them England and a beautiful story makes Jane Austen popular
